The Warehouse Coordinator receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse. This position is responsible for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse.


Essential Position Functions:

  • Receive incoming shipments and compare items with invoices and work orders.
  • Review shipping orders to determine where items need to be stored, distributed and/or shipped.
  • Assemble orders from stock and place orders on pallets/shelves, or relocate orders to a holding/shipping area.
  • Verifies the inventory quantity and assists in inventory level maintenance.
  • Move equipment/materials to designated areas, including preparing parcels for mailing/shipping.
  • Sort and store equipment/materials on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Record equipment/materials received and/or distributed within the designated tracking system. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, with the required information.
  • Inspect equipment/materials being shipped and received, reporting any defective or damaged items.
  • Maintain communication with managers and notify them of any problems/concerns with shipments.
  • Operates warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse to ensure that it is safe and accessible at all times.
  • Other duties as required. 

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.  
  • 1+ years’ warehouse experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services is preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be able to efficiently use a Windows-based computer.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
